From individuals to enterprise teams
Learn by doing, not just watching. Build real AI systems with expert guidance and take home practical patterns your team can reuse. Most AI workshops teach perfect-world scenarios. I teach you how to navigate the mess—because after decades of enterprise transformations, I know the real challenge isn't the technology. It's translating AI capability into something that works with your existing reality.

What Do These Terms Mean?
You'll encounter these concepts in our workshops. Here's what they actually mean:
AI Agents
Software that can make decisions and take actions autonomously, like a virtual team member that handles tasks without constant supervision. Instead of following rigid scripts, agents can adapt to situations and work independently.
Orchestration
Coordinating multiple AI agents to work together toward a goal, similar to conducting an orchestra where each musician plays their part. Each agent has a specialized role, and orchestration ensures they work in harmony to achieve the outcome.
Swarms
Multiple AI agents working in parallel, collaborating and sharing information to solve complex problems faster—like a team of specialists tackling different aspects of a project simultaneously. Swarms can dynamically adapt and self-organize based on the task requirements.
