Vienna taught me design wasn't about pixels—it was about solving problems people didn't know they had. My Master's in Graphic Design from the University of Applied Arts became the lens through which I'd see every challenge that followed.

That foundation carried me through EY, HSBC, Publicis Sapient, and Nortal. Each role taught me something different about translating business complexity into human solutions. But the real discovery came at the intersection of design, strategy, and technology: AI wasn't just another tool. It was a new medium for human capability.

The moment that changed everything wasn't in a boardroom—it was watching a clinic administrator drowning in scheduling chaos. Traditional solutions were band-aids on broken systems. But AI could understand context, learn patterns, and actually help humans excel.

This insight shaped my work with very different companies in size and industry. Not as an AI vendor, but as someone helping them discover what happens when human intelligence gets amplified, not replaced.

The breakthrough: realizing the barrier wasn't technology—it was education. Brilliant professionals feared AI because nobody taught them to see it as a creative partner.

Everything crystallized through a charity project for oncology patients. That's when I saw AI's true strength: applying empathy and precision to real human needs.

So I co-founded MedHubAI. Our conversational agents now reduce no-shows by ~35% across 6+ clinics—not through better technology, but through understanding human context.

Then came the broader mission: training professionals globally, co-founding Agentics London Chapter, and co-chairing the Research Committee. The hackathon wins proved something important: human creativity plus AI creates what neither can alone.

I plug AI into your workflows focusing on outcomes. I deliver in short, high-value engagements → proofs of concept → retainers. I specialized in multi-agent orchestration, swarm architectures for autonomous AI workflows. I do not write code by hand in the traditional way.

My approach centers on intelligent orchestration: designing systems where AI agents collaborate, reason, and execute complex workflows autonomously. Every technical choice serves a larger purpose: creating AI that amplifies human capability rather than replacing it.

Today at Bencium, I help teams move beyond AI theater. Whether it's a startup's first intelligent system or a Fortune 500's complete strategy pivot, I show them what happens when AI amplifies rather than replaces human intelligence.

I orchestrate multi-agent systems, swarm architectures, autonomous workflows. Every technical choice serves one principle: technology should expand human potential, not diminish it.
